Wilderness Medical Training - WMT

WMT was established in1991 by Baz Roberts & Dr Jon Dallimore and every year delivers unrivalled advanced expedition medical training to hundreds of gap students, teachers, explorers, expeditions, paramedics, nurses and doctors on programmes held in the UK, Chamonix and Morocco. You could say we wrote the book on wilderness medicine in the UK; Baz, Doc Jon and 11 of our associate instructors are contributing authors to the latest OUP book, The Oxford Handbook of Expedition & Wilderness Medicine.

WMT also delivers courses privately for leading organisations, schools, institutions and companies. These have included universities, the Royal Geographical Society/IBG, United World College (Singapore), Cicada Films, ex-special forces security personnel, World Challenge Expeditions, BT Global Challenge, KE Adventure and the BBC and Bruce Parry’s Tribe series production team.
